Our vision for Zephyr was to up the game and create a boutique style property. We wanted to go above and beyond our usual styling and create a Co-Living space aimed at professionals that pushed the bar in design and luxury living to get an edge in the market.
It’s always a challenge when creating a large home for 10 individuals to get the balance of personal and community space just right. Each room is styled with deep warm tones, plenty of storage and the ability to personalise the spaces.
Our price point was higher than market norms but we felt confident that the demand would be there. 1 week prior to completion 6 out of the 10 rooms were taken with the remaining 4 finding tenants within 2 weeks. This helped us immensely with the end values as the AST’s proved our GDV. Investors were thrilled as were we!
The Works
